Intake / Exhaust Valve Kit
Made as a one piece forged valve for higher strength and reliability, Supertech use mostly EV8 (21-4N) for Intake and Exhaust valves but there are other alloys that we use along with different heat treatments to manufactur
e valves for different applications.
Black Nitriding:
This is a hardening treatment that even though it is not widely used as the chrome coating, it has several benefits and is becoming very popular, mainly for European and Japanese applications.
The microhardness is higher than the stainless steel base material, keeping good ductility beneath the hard nitrided layer (microhardness is 800HV minimum). Surface finish is smoother than with chromed stems, having less friction between stem and guide.
Valve seat surface is harder with the nitrided layer, lasting longer with lead free fuels, alcohols, nitro or other “explosive” mixes. Matches any kind of seats (nodular iron seats, steel powder metal seats, hard aluminium-copper seats or beryllium copper seats).
Dual Spring & Retainer Kit
Valve springs are made with premium Superclean Chrome Silicon Vanadium Steel alloy for higher performance & 
durability at high rpms and better memory.
Computer designed to ensure that wire stress levels do not overpass the limits of stress defined in the diagrams of fatigue for long durability under extreme conditions. Computer software also allows us to make sure that the harmonics are well under control.
The Retainers are manufactured with high quality military certified Titanium alloy, CNC machined for a tight fit that will ensure a long durability.
Manganese Bronze Exhaust Valve guide kit
Supertech valve guides are precision machined to exact tolerances from high quality Manganese Bronze or Copper 
Alloy. These guides in conjunction with their low friction black nitride valves provide an unsurpassed solution for high performance and sustained durability.
Supertech also offers Cooper Alloy for exhaust valve guides for high powered engines that require a higher thermal coefficient.
Intake / Exhaust Valve Stem Seal Kit
Supertech intake valve seals are made from a high quality rubber compound, while their exhaust seals
feature a special hi-temperature compound for improved durability.
Block Guard
Meticulously designed and tested in many engines. As a result Supertech can offer a product that will provide support to highly stressed cylinder walls with optimal engine cooling by allowing enough water flow in critical areas to avoid destructive cylinder hot spots.
Made from high strength, high corrosion resistance 6061 aluminium alloy, computer designed and CNC machined for ease of installation.
