Karl must be one of the nicest mechanics or salesmen I have ever met. I phoned him at 4:45, I needed a fuel pump urgently. I got to his place where he greeted me with a smile, it was after 9pm already, but yet he took the time and explained how I should install the pump, even though it was so late he still gave me his full attention and answered my 101 questions.
