How To Order

Step 1:

Please send us an e-mail/sms/whatsapp regarding the item/s you’re enquiring about.

Step 2:

We will e-mail you an invoice with bank details attached.

Step 3:

If the invoiced item/s are in stock, full payment will be required. If the invoiced item/s are  not in stock and have to be ordered, we will require a 50% deposit to secure your order. The balance will be payable upon collection/delivery.

Step 4:

You will be required to send us a proof of payment via e-mail/sms/whatsapp.

Step 5:

You will be required to provide us with your full names, address (with postal code) and contact number.

Step 6:

All purchases will be shipped within 24 hours (weekends & public holidays excluded) and your waybill/tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail/sms/whatsapp.

  1. Postnet counter to counter (2-3 working days)
  2. Postnet counter to door (next working day)
  3. MDS Collivery door to door (1-2 working days)
  4. Speed Services Couriers/Post Office (next working day)
  5. Coastal Couriers – Namibia only (2-3 working days)
  6. Courier of your choice

We provide a delivery service within the Cape Town area at a nominal fee, please contact us for a quotation.

We ship cross border & internationally, please contact us for a quotation.
